The 5-acre facility produces approximately 840 kilowatts of electricity or about 1800 megawatt hours per year. The system incorporates 5,253 photo voltaic modules. Press Release Regarding Drought Surcharge - May 2017

The waterdropconservation measures mandated by the State of California will continue to hold the District to a standard of conservation that encourages residents to be water wise and with that in mind, the Board of Directors of the Olivehurst Public Utility District has rescinded its Drought Emergency Water Use Surcharges, OPUD Resolution No. 2300.

The Olivehurst Public Utility District Board of Directors would like to thank the community for their conservation efforts, and for helping the District achieve the 5th highest conservation rate in the State of California.  (see the full press release below)
